RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
1. Hold myself to honesty above all else, and to always contribute to a truthful and trustworthy culture of JAG.
2. Help myself and those around me to hold themselves accountable to actions and habits that will help improve their lives.
3. Act with patience and caring when interacting with anyone in JAG, including myself.
4. Expressly say if I have personally attempted the action or process I am suggesting to another.
5. Track my progress and be able to discuss my successes and failures openly and accurately.

Leave at 11PM to home every night
Dressed and ready by 9AM + under 25g net carbs/day (5 days a week) + Write an exit plan for current position
30 minutes of solitude a week
Remember to use names + wake up at 6AM
Watch something hilarious before bed + 7 day average getting to bed between 10:55PM and 11:05PM + 70% sleep quality (tracking app)
Up at 6AM (3 out of 7 days)
In bed by 11PM
Wake up at 6AM every day
Maintain healthy eating habits
Up (and out of bed) by 6AM + at least 5 minutes meditation + intermittent fasting 15 hours/day
Leave by 7:20PM + send 1 poll post/day on IG + 5 heartfelt comments on IG/day
Stay under a certain number of carbs per day
Make a program for work
Write 1 post/day
Bed by 11PM
No soda + wake up at 6AM and get out of bed
Post art 1/day + 1 dragon per week
Bed by 10pm
Keep pushing forward
1 mile or 10 minutes of cardio every day
Be on time to work and go hiking 1/week
Get up without phone
