Ingredients
Directions
IF USING OUR WHOLE BEAN COFFEE: Using your scale, weigh out the amount of coffee you desire to make (we recommend using 10 grams of whole bean coffee for every 6 ounces of water).
IF USING OUR WHOLE BEAN COFFEE: Using your grinder, grind your coffee to a medium size (similar to the consistency of sand).
Add ground coffee to your coffee filter (placed in a filter basket) and insert it into your coffee maker (if you are using bags of our ground coffee, add 2 generous tablespoons for every 6 ounces of water to your coffee filter).
Add the appropriate amount of water to the water reservoir of your coffee maker and follow the final steps to start your brew.
OPTIONAL: Add half & half (or other milk or milk alternative) to your mug. We use 1 1/2 ounces (what we call a splash).
OPTIONAL: Add a sweetener of your choice to your mug. We use 1 ounce of liquid sweetener (what we call fully-sweetened).
Once your coffee maker has finish brewing, pour the coffee in your mug, stir (if necessary), and enjoy!
